These general terms of use and sale (T&Cs) govern the use of thePixelSecret.
Site publisher

Site overview
PixelSecret offers pixel and SVG mystery colorings (online and printable as PDF), book reviews, supply recommendations, and a virtual currency system (Pixels) to unlock certain premium content.
Access to the service
Access to the site is free for most content. Some premium colorings require purchasing Pixels (virtual currency) to be unlocked.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. PixelSecret cannot be held liable for unauthorized access to your account resulting from a failure to protect your credentials.
User account
Creating an account is required to save your coloring progress, purchase Pixels and access certain content. You may delete your account at any time from your profile or by contacting us.
Pixels and unlocks
Pixels are an internal virtual currency on the site, with no monetary value and not refundable for cash. They are used solely to unlock certain premium colorings on PixelSecret.
Pixels are sold in packs (15, 25 or 35 Pixels) at the price indicated on the purchase page. Prices are in euros, including VAT.
Unlocking a coloring with Pixels is final: once unlocked, the coloring remains accessible for life on your account (online and as a printable PDF).
Payment
Payments are securely processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Limited). PixelSecret does not store any banking data. Payments are made in euros (€).
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you generally have a 14-day withdrawal period for distance purchases.
However, pursuant to Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium whose performance has begun with your prior express consent and express waiver of your right of withdrawal.
When purchasing Pixels, you expressly acknowledge that the supply of Pixels is immediate (instant delivery to your account upon payment validation) and you expressly waive your right of withdrawal. As a result, Pixels purchased are non-refundable once credited to your account.
In the event of a technical issue preventing the delivery of Pixels after payment, contact us: we will either manually credit the Pixels or refund the payment in full.
Consumer mediation
In accordance with Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute that has not been resolved amicably, you may have free recourse to a consumer mediator. European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Intellectual property
PixelSecret content is protected and cannot be reproduced without permission.
Personal data
Data processing is described in our privacy policy.
Liability
PixelSecret cannot be held responsible for service interruptions.
Users are responsible for how they use the site.
